  3. We use this company for routine maintenance service spring and fall for our furnace and air conditioning units. Always prompt and courteous. This year in doing the spring tune up, the technician pointed out a component just out of spec – working but possible future issue. I chose to have it replaced. We had had an emergency call last summer in the dead heat of August that the company dispatched a technician immediately and had us back up in a two hour period. Pricing has always been competitive, responsiveness is excellent and the service people are well trained and professional.

Although buying a new furnace is not a fun purchase or even something we were really expecting, all the employees from East Ohio Furnace were extremely friendly, helpful, professional, & knowledgeable. We were very pleased with their customer service & all the work they completed. We were also very happy with how quickly they finished the job so we were not without heat for very long. We will definitely be recommending this company to family & friends.

  5. The tech was very friendly and helpful…most importantly, he knew exactly what he was doing and took care of the problem quickly. I wish we had contacted them before shelling out lots of money to another company where the tech wouldn’t even LOOK at the unit that wasn’t working. I will definitely be working with East Ohio Furnace in the future.

  6. They came and did a thorough inspection and detailed what was wrong with the tank and submitted it to my insurance company in a very clean and thorough manner. They basically took care of everything for me. I had a very good experience with them. The gentleman’s name was Jesse. He was a pretty good guy. He didn’t sugarcoat anything and that’s what I appreciated. I would definitely recommend them.
